PATHFINDER

Prologue:

A dark gloomy place where all the rodents live, there’s a strange inhabitants living among the people of New York. They were dressed in black, hooded in black, and sometimes, like one of those who witness them, they were shadows in the dark.

“Did you find him?” a man appeared from one corner, it was their leader, young and beautiful. His face defies his age, but his wisdom is not.

“I’m afraid not, my Lord,” said the other one. “We’ve sent someone to find him, but they came back empty handed.”

“He was also shielded,” confessed by the other, “too powerful to oppress by ours.”

There’s no sign of annoyance on the leader’s face, but definitely his subordinates felt his anger.

“The sighting of the princess was also seen, my Lord,” abrupt by his fellow dark man. ‘Where he goes, she will follow.’

All was silence. The leader walked around. “So she’s here, already aware. How unfortunate...”

“But my lord, she’s only one.”

“You’ve been sleeping enough far too long, Gregor. The princess is no ordinary, even her minion.’

James?

“Is that what her minions been called these days? James?”

“But he died. Thirty years ago, am I right?”

“No, you insignificant fool, he can’t die easily.”

“Yet he doesn’t have the power of immortality like his mentor had. Only the princess has it.”

“She is no longer needed.” The leader proudly said. “However she will be the problem regarding his protection. Just make sure that you can capture this...James. Kill him if you have to.”
